IRL currently manages a few acts. We become more involved with our artists once we get them placement in different regions. Once an artists gets his first deal then it is easer for us to focus on other regions. If we license an artist in Asia then  in many cases we can  include them as an opening act for one of our events. For unsigned artists we will consider a management position based upon a fee.
